  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 scoop pea protein powder (or another protein of your choice)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
